1. In the column to the right, there is a sample student survey that will help me personalize your letter of recommendation.
2. Please take the time to honestly, completely, and intellectually fill out the survey. For example, when the survey asks you to describe how you spend your free time (listening to music or being on facebook doesn't give me anything to brag about to high school teachers). Think about this from an academic perspective.
3. Think about what sets you apart academically or extracurricularly from your peers who are also applying!
